As we review and set up the finishes that our 2021 new construction homes in South West Florida will have, we are in love with these two trends in floorings and colors.
Neutral tones continue to be key in 2021 and easy to clean floors with tiles and laminate will be very important in new constructions. As the pandemic pushes people out of other states and into Florida, we need to take in consideration the different styles our possible clients look for.
We noticed that, our Floridians love light and bright colors. However, as much as our snowbirds are looking for sun and brightness, they are more inclined to floors that emulate wood and are a bit darker creating a contrast between the floor and the light colored walls. Often times, they also want a slightly darker tone on the walls.
So, our new homes will include these two finishes, and for those who buy early, they get to choose these and some more.
You know we love quality so, new homes have the granite and beautiful floors included in the price. And most of them include a pool as well.
