Ferdinand J. Ruaño established Private Equity Solutions, LLC in June 2010. This is a company that was developed in a middle of a crisis in Real Estate. At the beginning, we were more focused on distressed Real Estate but as we evolved as a company, we adapted to different economic cycles. Private Equity Solutions has become a financial solutions driven company; diversified in various sectors and industries offering different alternative investments. These investments include Real Estate, Land Development and Financial Planning. What makes us different is that we are always looking for non-traditional solutions to traditional financial problems.
